To fully support our customers, we’ve compiled a comprehensive collection of the most frequently answered questions. Take a look below and if your question isn’t answered, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Payment methods acceptable include: Paypal, cash, cheques, bank transfers, major credit & debit cards. UK payments to be made in Sterling GBP, We will not charge you any administration fees, the price you are quoted is the price you pay.
Purchase order confirmation
As soon as you have raised a Purchase Order, an email will be sent from our web page with a copy of our T&C’s. If in any case you have not received your order confirmation by email, please email us at so we can review your order.
Retail prices may vary in relation to market conditions in receiving country. Prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%. Free UK mainland delivery. Please allow between 7 - 10 working days for this service.

International deliveries separate charges apply. Please contact us directly for details.
Wholesale prices are subject to negotiation.
All deliveries are subject to availability. Once an order has been arranged, we will contact you to confirm expected delivery time.
i) ACCESS TO PROPERTY.
It is in your interest to ensure there is sufficient access to your property from outside. If you are unsure it is important you seek advice before we arrange a delivery confirmation.
ii) ACCESS INSIDE YOUR PROPERTY.
It is your responsibility to ensure you are able to fit the items inside your property. This includes through doorways, stairways, corridors, corners and any other space.
iii) If for any reason, you are unable to fulfil the requirements of points i) & ii) above, a £75 return charge will be applied to your refund and / or exchange.
iv) Delivery Notes to be signed by an adult 18 years and above only.
Please highlight whether you prefer your order to be delivered packed or unpacked on site at the time of delivery.
We believe that all our products offer excellent value for money and that our prices are among the lowest you will find either on the internet or in traditional retail outlets.
However, if, while researching your purchase, you find an item cheaper elsewhere then we will beat the price providing, in our opinion, the following conditions are met:
The two items must be identical.
The price must be inclusive of VAT and any additional charges e.g. delivery.
The item must be brand new and not reconditioned, end of line or returned stock.
This must be the normal price of the item i.e. it isn't in a sale or on special offer.
The alternative item must currently be available.
Price promise only applies to goods available in the UK.
You must provide sufficient information to enable us to verify the price ourselves e.g. a link to the product page on the relevant website showing the product price and delivery charge.
Products Identifications & Specifications
It is our aim to show the true image & colour of the item on our web page. Due to the individuality, rustic nature and uniqueness of each product type, wood grains, colours and textures may vary. Dimensions are fairly accurate.
If, for any unforeseen circumstances, we cannot supply your order we will inform you of the situation and you will not be charged. If you have already made payment, then this payment will be refunded in full. We will not accept claims for any form of compensation, only for the direct refund of the purchase price of the furniture ordered.
You have the right to cancel your order up to 2 days (48 hours) after the order has been placed. A full refund will be paid within 14 days of placing your order. Please consider the implications involved when placing your order. Our products are made to exceed high quality expectations and therefore will require careful planning and control.
Refund & Return Policy
If after your order has been delivered you are not satisfied you have 14 working days from receipt of your furniture in which to advise us by email at quoting your name, address and order number that you do not want to keep the furniture. Please state your reason for return. Our sales team will decide if the reason can be taken into consideration. Refunds do not include the ‘return cost of collection’ of the furniture back to our warehouse.
Conditions for Returns
Returns notification to be placed in writing within 14 days after the day of receipt.
Products must be unused, and in perfect resalable condition.
The items must be returned securely in the same packaging as when delivered.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returns to our warehouse. We advise you to hire a reputable courier service as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during transit. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to refund you.
Full refund for returns will be paid within 14 days upon receipt of the good(s) into our warehouse.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If your furniture has been unwrapped in your home by our delivery team and there are signs of transit damage, your options are:
i. You can refuse the furniture and it will be taken back to our warehouse team. The transport company will liaise with the Sales Office and they will contact you to discuss further.
ii. You will receive a full refund or a replacement item if in stock.
iii. Please note we do not accept returns from international orders unless the items are faulty. Faulty items must be returned by the same method as they were delivered and we will not accept return packages that have import duty or tax charges applied.
Any faults arising with the wooden structure, fabrics, materials and any other components as a result of faulty manufacture will be repaired free of charge. This excludes damage caused by maltreatment, colour fastness and normal wear and tear. In this case scenario, please send us an email stating the details of the fault issue together with your purchase order number and with photo whereby possible to our Sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will explain our collection and repair service to you.
We do not offer refunds or accept cancellations on faulty items after 5 days from when you accepted delivery of your furniture.
We warrant to you that any product purchased from us through our website is of satisfactory quality.
Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us being in breach of our obligations under these terms and conditions is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Product you purchased and any losses which are a foreseeable consequence of us being in breach of these terms and conditions. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time your order is accepted by us.
This does not include or limit in any way our liability: For death or personal injury caused by our negligence; Under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987; For fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; For any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability. We exclude any liability for any loss or damage which you may suffer as a direct result of a misrepresentation given by you, fraudulently or otherwise, in breach of your obligations. We are not responsible for any indirect loss or damage which you may suffer.
The Contract shall be suspended for any period during which either party reasonably believes the parties are prevented or hindered from complying with their obligations under the Contract by any cause beyond their reasonable control including, but not restricted to, strikes, war, civil disorder and natural disasters 16.2 If such period of suspension exceeds 60 days then either party may, upon giving written notice to the other, require that the Contract to be terminated immediately and all money due to us must be paid immediately.
The conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
Payment Methods Accepted
We accept payment in UK £ sterling by all major debit and credit cards with the exception of American Express. We can also accept payment by cheque (UK £ sterling) together with your cheque guarantee card.
We comply with the current EU regulations for refunds on online purchases.
We are committed to using the minimum of non recyclable packaging. Most UK orders are wrapped in corrugated cardboard for padding. Overseas orders may need to be protected using bubble wrap in order to reduce the weight (and cost to customer) and may be wrapped in recycled plastic wrap to seal against moisture
